Yann Frisch
On our stage at:
2011 FISM Italy 2015 FISM World Championship 2025
Yann Frisch, born in 1990, has been fascinated by the techniques and the world of magic since childhood. As a boy he studied juggling and acrobatics, then trained at the Le Lido circus school in Toulouse, where he also discovered clowning. Meeting Raphaël Navarro and the Magie Nouvelle movement in 2008 was a turning point: magic became his first language.
In 2010 he created "Baltass", an increasingly unhinged, deeply theatrical cups-and-balls act with minimal props and boundless imagination: a video of the performance passed 1.3 million views in just over a week. With "Baltass" he became French Champion, European Champion in 2011 and, in 2012, won the Grand Prix in close-up at the FISM World Championship and the title of World Champion at the Beijing International Magic Convention. He went on to found his company L'Absente, creating "Le Syndrome de Cassandre", collaborated with Ibrahim Maalouf and acted in the film "Les 2 Alfred", selected for Cannes.
Audiences at the Masters of Magic Convention applauded him in 2011, at the FISM World Championship of Magic in Rimini in 2015 and at the one in Turin in 2025.
