Bill Malone
On our stage at:
2010
Born in Chicago in 1958, Bill Malone discovered magic in 1973 when a neighbour showed him a table spread and turnover with a deck of cards. At seventeen he met Lee Wayne, who became his mentor, and in 1976 he began performing at "Little Bit O Magic", a magic bar in Chicago, where he learned that magic must above all be entertaining. Years in Chicago venues followed, including Houdini's Pub, where he met his future wife Barbara, and then Florida: Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, the Boca Raton Resort, where he opened Malone's Magic Bar, and the Breakers in Palm Beach.
Known as "The CEO of Comedy Magic", he is one of the most sought after corporate entertainers, bringing his hilarious style to conventions and company meetings. His ideas are published in books, magazines and DVDs, and he has appeared on television specials such as "World's Greatest Magic" and "Champions of Magic". Among his influences he names Ed Marlo, Mike Skinner, Steve Forte and Bill Kalush.
He brought laughter and astonishment to the Masters of Magic Convention in 2010.
