David Williamson

On our stage at:

2010 FISM Italy 2015 FISM World Championship 2025

Considered one of the world's most talented magicians, David Williamson knows the secret of capturing the imagination of any audience. A born showman and an unusually accomplished sleight of hand artist, he blends heart stopping magic with side splitting comedy in a style all his own.

In 1981 he won first place in the International Brotherhood of Magicians' sleight of hand competition, and that same year became the first ever recipient of the prestigious Gold Cups Award of Excellence in close-up magic. At Hollywood's Magic Castle his peers voted him Close-up Magician of the Year two years running, and he was twice named both Lecturer of the Year and Parlor Magician of the Year.

The Academy of Magical Arts later named him Magician of the Year and honoured him with its Performance Fellowship, while the UK's Magic Circle awarded him Honorary Lifetime Membership and its 2022 Carlton Award for Excellence in Comedy Magic. He was our guest at the Masters of Magic Convention 2010, at the FISM World Championship of Magic in Rimini 2015 and at the FISM World Championship of Magic in Turin 2025.
