Francesco Fontanelli

On our stage at:

United Magicians for the World 2020 2022 FISM European Championship 2024

Francesco Fontanelli, born in 1999, grew up surrounded by cards and wands thanks to his magician father, and first stepped on stage at the age of seven. He has not left it since. He turned that family inheritance into a serious craft: in his performances card magic meets storytelling, showing that something extraordinary can hide even in a simple deck of cards.

At 14 he was the resident magician of the "Saranno Famosi" segment on "I Fatti Vostri" on Rai 2. In 2021 he won First Prize in Card Magic at the FISM European Championship, and in 2025 he took the world title in the same category at the FISM World Championship of Magic, the Olympics of magic. Italian audiences discovered him on "Italia's Got Talent" on Sky: a Golden Buzzer from the audience and a final that ended in second place with over 17% of the public vote. He is a member of La Corte dei Miracoli in Livorno and gave a TEDx talk on the right to wonder.

Audiences at the Masters of Magic Convention saw him in the online charity show United Magicians for the World in 2020, at the 2022 convention and at the FISM European Championship of Magic in Saint-Vincent in 2024.
