Michael Ammar

On our stage at:

2011 FISM World Championship 2025

Michael Ammar is regarded by many as the foremost teacher of magic in the world, but he is also an award winning performer and best selling author. He won the Gold Medal in close-up sleight of hand at the FISM World Championship, and he was the first person to be named Magician of the Year six times by the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood.

He has performed at three presidential inaugurations, twice on "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson, on the "Late Show" with David Letterman and on the "World's Greatest Magic" special. MAGIC magazine named him one of the most influential magicians of the twentieth century, and in July 2024 he was Guest of Honor at the annual convention of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. His Discover Magic curriculum teaches magic and life skills every year to thousands of children aged 8 to 12 in more than 120 cities, and his book "The Magic of Michael Ammar", reprinted 22 times, has been called the best single volume magic book ever published.

Our audiences welcomed him at the 2011 Masters of Magic Convention and at the FISM World Championship of Magic in Turin in 2025.
