Gérald Le Guilloux discovered magic at sixteen, watching a cousin try out a trick. He bought a magic book and immediately fell in love with dove magic; his mother gave him his first dove, and so his first act took shape. Self-taught and the creator of his own effects, he practised tirelessly in front of the mirror in his room, until master Vostinic, impressed by the quality of his work, encouraged him to enter competitions.

A long string of successes followed: the International Grand Prix in Belgium in 1993, the Colombe d'Or in Antibes and the Golden Wand in Monte Carlo in 1994, the Mandrake d'Or in Paris in 1998 and the title of French magic champion in 2005. He has performed in theatres and on television in France and abroad, and in July 2015 he earned a standing ovation at the World Championship of Magic in Rimini. Today his peers regard him as one of the most important French magicians and a true reference point in dove magic.

He took the stage at the Masters of Magic Convention at the 2017 edition.
