Magus Utopia

On our stage at:

FISM Italy 2015 2018 2022

Magus Utopia is the Dutch company founded by Marcel Kalisvaart and Aquila Junior, who call themselves fantasy illusionists: their shows combine storytelling, strong visuals and grand illusions, with striking choreography and costumes, to take audiences on a journey through imaginary worlds full of magic. Marcel, fascinated by illusion from a young age, started his own company at 18 performing as Prince of ILLUSIONS; Aquila, a gifted artist and storyteller since childhood, is the creative director who designs all the visuals and plays several characters on stage.

In 2012 they were crowned FISM World Champions of Magic in the stage illusions category, and in 2013 they won the prize for creativity and originality at the China Circus Festival in Zhuhai. They have performed in 22 television shows around the globe, from Tu Sì Que Vales to Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde, reaching more than 400 million viewers, and brought their Nightmares show to stages such as the Carré in Amsterdam.

We welcomed them at the FISM World Championship of Magic in Rimini 2015 and at the Masters of Magic Convention in 2018 and 2022.
