Can the human mind be influenced, and can we read the thoughts of the person in front of us? Can choices and behaviour be steered? Max Vellucci, an expert in communication and mentalism, makes it all seem possible through refined psychological principles and mental illusions. After years of studying psychology, illusion, hypnosis and mentalism, he became what English-speaking countries call a "psychic entertainer".

His shows blend theatre techniques, illusion, manipulation of perception and persuasion to create experiments "on the edge of reality", alternating ironic, interactive moments with passages of real suspense, built on long experience in the theatre. He is the author of the MyLife video courses "Il Mentalista" (The Mentalist) and "Parlare in Pubblico" (Public Speaking). Silvan wrote that with grace, skill and verbal flair he will manipulate your mind, and Massimo Polidoro credits him with creating a modern mentalism that fascinates without ever pretending to improbable paranormal powers.
